Virtual Youth Club
Deaf Active hosts a free after school club exclusively available for D/deaf, hard of hearing , CODA (Child of Deaf Adult) and hearing children. Due to COVID-19 we have made changes to how we deliver our youth club to make sure that we are doing our part in keeping everyone safe. Our youth club is now run and delivered via Zoom. We run these sessions twice a week and deliver a wide range of activities to suit all age ranges. Our activities include treasure hunts, quiz's, talent shows, Sign Language sessions, arts & crafts, competitions and games, plenty more.
The sessions are delivered by Deaf youth workers along side interpreters to ensure that everyone can access our service.
Please see below for some pictures and video's of what we have been doing so far.
